Dear Barbara, Rosie and Allie,

It was a fabulous event on Saturday at Mission Ranch! Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting, delicious food and the great service that you and your team provided. We received the glowing feedback from our guests and we couldn't be happier.

Rosie and Allie- we can't thank you enough for your hard work on Saturday when we decided to switch the ceremony site due to the windy condition down in the lawn area.  I was very impressed of how the ceremony went smoothly on the patio even though we did the rehearsal at a different area the day before. You did a fantastic job guiding all of us, especially, our ring bearer and flower girls, throughout the ceremony.  Our flower girls had a great time with their roles and when we looked at some photos of them playing on the lawn after the ceremony, it just melted our hearts ....

Thank you again for your outstanding efforts on Saturday as we celebrated our special day with families and friends.  It was a truly memorable weekend for all of us.

We'll definitely stop by to say hello in our next trip to Carmel.  Have a great week!

Thanks to all of y'all for making our wedding day run so smooth! It's all we could've asked for and more ??. Really appreciate all the quick responses to all the questions, the calming words when we thought rain was coming, and the last minute maraca fix that was a huge hit! 

We will be sure to share photos from The Goodness as soon as they are ready. Thanks again - y'all are so appreciated!

You guys rock! From beginning to end of the planning of our wedding event, you made us feel comfortable and confident. Working with you not only brought us the experience we were looking for; but enriched our faith in professionalism.

All the skills that are necessary in your field were very apparent throughout a process that can be intimidating and anxiety ridden. You and your staff not only know the intricacies of planning such events, but your people skills generate good will at every turn.

You are well placed in your industry, and I would highly recommend you to anyone that would listen!

Thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding day a smooth event. We are thrilled with how everything turned out! Rosie we know you did a lot of behind the scenes work at the reception and we are extremely grateful. We continue to receive comments from guests about how amazing everything was. All was such a special day and we will cherish the memories for a long time. We will send pictures for the “portfolio” when we get them but didn’t want to delay any longer sending our gratitude!

From start to finish Mission Ranch was amazing to work with for our May 2016 wedding. Rosie Balcar-Wedding & Event Coordinator and Barbara Wigham- Events Director, handled the event with expertise and grace. They accommodated all our requests and were beyond helpful in the planning process. The dress rehearsal was well organized and led to an error free ceremony. My maid of honor was able to work with them the night before and the morning of the ceremony to handle any last minute details. Our guests and wedding party stayed at Mission Ranch and their sister property The Homestead, they were impressed with their rooms and the customer service at the front desk. People remember the food! We had a brunch buffet reception and the food was fabulous. We selected the waffles, bacon, made-to-order omelettes, and added a Salmon carving station. We also offered a cappuccino cart arranged by Mission Ranch. I have been singing their praises to anyone planning a wedding in Northern California.  The experience was as lovely as the place.

We just had THE perfect wedding at Mission Ranch. The scenery and view was stunning, accommodations were perfect for the bridal suite and wedding night, ceremony site on the lawn had a majestic backdrop of the ocean and grazing sheep, patio barn for the reception had the perfect view of mountains and Carmel Beach. I was happy with my decision to do a cocktail reception with carving stations on the deck. Even though we didn't get a food tasting prior to the wedding, which caused a bit of anxiety for me, the food turned out excellent, way beyond my expectations. The banquet staff allocated two ceremony coordinators to ensure my ceremony went smoothly. The vendors suggested were all top-notch. I asked staff to print my vows at the last minute and staff went out of their way to deliver it in 6 different fonts to choose from. The decorations were also handled by the staff so that I can relax. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding.

Hi Rosie and Barbara, 

Evan and I are in the process of writing handwritten Thank You notes but I wanted to drop a line to both of you because I can't stop thinking about how perfect our wedding was March 19th. 
The weather was warm and windy, the sheep were out, and the ranch looked so beautiful because of the recent rain. We were so impressed by the way the patio barn was decorated. It exceeded our expectations. Everyone has told me it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to! 

Anyway, we knew Mission Ranch would be a fun wedding spot - but we really had no idea just how perfect and romantic it would be until our wedding day. Thank you both for all of your hard work making the wedding happen. I'm SO happy it didn't rain. Ha. The entire staff at Mission Ranch was wonderful. Rosie - your recommendations for our DJ, florist, and live music were so very helpful and ended up being exactly what we were looking for. Everyone had a great time.

Dear Barbara and Rosie,

We've just returned from a mini honeymoon and wanted to send a quick note thanking you for all your hard work towards our wedding. I wanted to let you know it was an absolutely incredible day-we have not been able to stop talking about our wedding at the Mission Ranch. We had no idea a wedding could be as amazing as it was-we both agree-it was the best day of our lives!

Our guests also had a blast-many saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to! The scenery, the food, the sheep (who seemed to gather near us just in time for the ceremony)-everything was perfect! The patio barn was beautiful-I kept looking around and was in awe at how warm & beautiful it looked!

Thank you Barbara for coordinating my crazy family :) & organizing everyone for the procession. The ceremony was magical. I also wanted to let you know your staff-the servers were excellent-so attentive and kind-throughout the whole night. They boxed up all of our personal items (pictures, gifts, etc) & flowers and brought them to our room. There was also a man in a suit (manager?) who was great-helped us with the cake cutting part (we didn't really know what to do) but he talked us through it.

We and our guests are still beaming (and will for a long time) on what an amazing wedding it was. We had guests as far as Hong Kong, Spain, France, Denmark and England-all raving about the food, setting-everything!

On behalf of our family, I would like to thank you for a most wonderful wedding celebration this past weekend. The setting, the decorations, the food were all fabulous! Hi Barbara (and Rosie, too) - 

So, let me write you a glowing, shouting from the roof tops, THANK YOU.  Everything (just about) was perfect for their day.  Your waitstaff was excellent (polite, efficient and helpful), the food was dee-licious(!),  the bartending staff was excellent (kept up with the orders with a smile), and your set up crew are hardworking (on a hot day, always willing).

Thank you Barbara for going through all the different rentals... didn't find anything out of place that was noticeable (if there was anything out of place).

Finally, I really appreciate all that you did when working with me throughout the months; you're wonderful people and a pleasure to work with.

Dear Rosie and all ~ We don't know how to thank you for everything!!  From the beautiful Mission Ranch setting, the sheep, the weather, the expertise of all of your staff, and extra thanks to Barbara for the glass of champagne, and Rosie for waiting for my dad (who was late), and all of your care in making sure everything went perfectly!  

We can't stop talking about the wonderful wedding from start to finish for our little girl and her new hubby.  Lots of fun and laughs and a memorable day we will never forget!  Everybody is thanking us for inviting them and also for being treated like royalty by Mission Ranch!  The reception was so very special with the staff anticipating what we wanted and serving us hors dourves and drinks and cleaning up our plates and bringing us food when we wanted it!  Everything was just wonderful!  We will never forget this very special day!  Thanks to all.

Hi Barbara and Rosie,

Just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you SO much for all of your hard work to make our wedding happen. It was beyond what we ever had hoped it would be. Everything (at least from what I know) went flawlessly and looked absolutely beautiful. We had the time of our lives and are in serious withdrawal right now :) I guess Maui is a good place to deal with that. Thanks for being so organized and for expertly fielding all of my questions over the past 6 months. I always felt confident knowing that you were handling everything.

I'm sure you've heard this a million times, but the guests were just in love with the venue and thought that the event was awesome. Some even said it was the best wedding they had been to. Woohoo!

What a wonderful celebration we enjoyed last Saturday!

Dennis and I would like to extend our utmost gratitude to you both for your expert help in making our special day one to remember for a lifetime. Our guests enjoyed themselves immensely and have been sharing their sincere compliments about what an exceptional time they had. They absolutely loved the patio Barn, its atmosphere, centerpieces, delicious food, drinks, music and friendly staff at Mission Ranch. It could not have been a better day and we are so pleased the weather turned out so beautiful for family and friends to enjoy an afternoon on the lovely patio taking in the sweeping views and warm sunshine.

Thank you for your help from the outset with all the many choices, suggestions, guidance and coordinating the many details that went into creating such a wonderful gathering.
